End-of-Year Cleaning and Return Instructions

Please read the wardrobe return instructions below that correspond with your choir, then read the washing instructions. Please make certain your wardrobe has been cleaned and clearly labeled before returning. The easiest way to label is to use the tags given to you for your garment bags (these are issued yearly).

Keep your garment bags and return in dry clean plastic bags. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact mona *AT* mossabki.net.

Women’s Ensemble 7/8:

Your choir is finished using their wardrobe for the year! All girls need to return their dresses this year, even if you stay in this choir next year, you will be issued new wardrobe. Please make sure to wash and label your dresses before returning. See below instructions.

Vocal Ensemble 7/8:

Your final performance is May 10th on Tour!
All GIRLS need to return their dresses this year, even if you are staying in choir next year, you will be issued new wardrobe.

BOYS that are leaving the choral program need to return their jackets, pants, vests and ties. If you are staying in Choir(even if you move to a different choir) keep your wardrobe and check fit in the Fall. If you feel your wardrobe is already a bit small, then return it and we will issue bigger wardrobe in the Fall.

ALL students, wash and label your wardrobe before returning.

Men’s Ensemble:

If you are leaving the Choral program then return your cleaned and labeled wardrobe, if you are staying in choir next year(even if you move to a different choir) keep your wardrobe and check the fit in the Fall. If you feel your wardrobe is already a bit small, then return it and we will issue bigger wardrobe in the Fall.

Women’s Ensemble:

All Girls must return their dresses this year. Even if you stay in the choral program, you will be issued new wardrobe in the Fall.

Necklaces and Garment Bags are yours to keep! All dresses must be washed and labeled before returning.

Concert Choir:

ALL SENIORS; Your choir is finished using their wardrobe for the year and you need to return your cleaned and labeled wardrobe now. Pins must be returned with dresses, they are not mementos for you to keep. Earrings and Garment bags are yours to keep.

All other students: If you are leaving the choral program, please return your cleaned and labeled wardrobe. If you are staying in choir, then keep your wardrobe and check fit in the Fall. If you feel that your wardrobe is already a bit small, then return it and we will issue bigger wardrobe in the Fall. Pins must be returned with dresses, they are not mementos for you to keep. Pashminas: All Pashminas need to be returned now! Please follow washing instructions!

Chamber Singers:

ALL SENIORS:  You need to return your wardrobe following your Farewell Concert on June 1st. I realize this is a very quick turnaround, so please contact me if you need to make alternate return plans. All wardrobe needs to be returned cleaned and labeled. Pins must be returned with dresses, they are not mementos for you to keep. Earrings and Garment bags are yours to keep.

All other students: If you are leaving the choral program, please return your cleaned and labeled wardrobe. If you are staying in choir, then keep your wardrobe and check fit in the Fall. Pashminas: All Pashminas need to be returned now! Please follow washing instructions below!

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

DRESSES: All dresses are machine washable. Wash in cold and hang to dry, to cut down on static. Concert Choir and Chamber, remove pins before washing and reattach after. Pins must be returned with dresses.

PASHMINAS: All pashminas can be washed in the washing machine. Cold, Gentle cycle and hang to dry.

TUXEDOS: All 4 pieces: jackets, pants, vests, and ties must be DRY CLEANED ONLY!

DUPLICATES: All duplicates must be returned to the choir room at this time. we need all inventory for the fall. As always these must be cleaned and labeled. Please follow washing instructions.
