When a Form Link Changes

The following forms have links spread throughout the website. When a Formsite link URL changes, follow the directions below to change all the website links to that form.

Family Order Form

• Home Page > Quick Link Icon

  • In the Not Linked section of the PAGES sidebar, open the Gallery titled Icons.

  • Hover over the appropriate icon and select the gear

  • Click ‘Options’ at the top of the pop up window.

  • Change the Clickthrough URL

• Forms > Sponsorship section

  • Edit the link for ‘Annual Family Order form’ in the Sponsorship section

  • Edit the link for ‘Tribute Ads’ in the Fundraising section

• Family Sponsors > button

  • In the PAGES sidebar, open the Support Us > Family Sponsors page.

  • In Edit mode, single click the button titled ‘Become a Family Sponsor Now’ then the pencil to edit.

  • Under Content > Link change where the button points.

Program Ad form

• Home Page > Quick Link Icon

  • In the Not Linked section of the PAGES sidebar, open the Gallery titled Icons.

  • Hover over the appropriate icon and select the gear

  • Click ‘Options’ at the top of the pop up window.

  • Change the Clickthrough URL

• Forms > Fundraising section

  • Edit the link for ‘Business/Tribute Ad Order form’

• Business Sponsors > button

  • Titled ‘Buy a Program Ad’

• Support Us menu

  • In the Primary Navigation section of the PAGES sidebar, hover over the linked page titled Program Ads and click the gear.

  • Change the URL

Song-a-Gram form

• Page > Quick Link Icon

  • In the Not Linked section of the PAGES sidebar, open the Gallery titled Icons.

  • Hover over the appropriate icon and select the gear

  • Click ‘Options’ at the top of the pop up window.

  • Change the Clickthrough URL

• Support Us menu

  • In the Primary Navigation section of the PAGES sidebar, hover over the linked page titled Song-A-Grams and click the gear.

  • Change the URL
